Product: HP Spectre 15-eb0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The display on my Spectre x360 is cracked (product 7PU81AV).  The Maintenance and Service Guide lists 3 different part numbers:

L97633-001 - 15.6 in, UHD (3840×2160), AR

L97635-001 - 15.6 in, UHD (3840×2160), AR, LP

L97639-001 - 15.6 in, UHD (3840×2160), antiglare

 

I can't figure out which one.  When I purchased it, the description was: 15.6" diagonal 4K UHD, IPS, micro-edge, WLEDbacklit, multitouch-enabled, edge-to-edge, 400 nits (3840 x 2160).

 

The Care Pack expired last year (of course).  Any help on which display number and who might be able to fix this for me?

Product # is 7MQ42AV.  7PU81AV is the SKU.  2 different numbers.
