Product: HP Laptop 15-ef1040nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I had just bought this laptop and while I was using it at the store it was touch screen. When I got home and set it up the touch screen isn't working. It is the same model as the one at the store so I just don't understand why it is not working.

No, it does not have touchscreen. Did you buy same model ?
