I just changed my display on my HP 250 G7 and when i try to boot, Caps Lock blinks 3.3

Hey guys! I have a problem. I broke my display and I decided to change it by myself.

I ordered the display and changed it the way the manual says. Then I pressed the start button and nothing happenned. I plugged the AC and pressed the button again. The laptop started, I heard the fan, but no image on the screen and the Caps Lock LED is blinking 3 times long and 3 times short. I searched what that means, and it says that could be the graphics card, but I don't think so because before I broke my display everything was working perfectly. I dont't know what to do next. 

If anyone had this problem before, please help me!
