Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U6AV)

I had registered a repair complaint (Case: [Personal Information Removed]) online for my laptop and recived a quotation from HP. I made a payment of Rs16000 and I received a mail new parts are delivered to service centre. After 1 month service centre says they can't come and repair my laptop [location: Bengaluru City]. After calling HP support multiple times and put service centre in conference call they move to another service centre. Now it is 50+ days and no one came for repair. Everyday I get a response it is escalate and wait for 48 hours, it looks like a script given for not having any answer. On calling new service centre they are mentioning no payment received or parts received at there end. I have shared payment  receipt multiple times in mail and call (agent shared mail). Payment is done directly on HP official Website. 

I don't know what to do now. It is more than 50 days. 

 

My laptop have the no display issue where it is not showing anything on display when turn ON. This issue started next after 2month of warranty end (within 1.2 years). This is the bad quality of product where I spend Rs60,000 for buying laptop and now Rs 16000 for repair. Where Hp is not able to repair my laptop due to poor service. I really not recommend HP product due to the bad service experience. Really I am mentally upset due to the poor service and my education, insurance claim and other person needs affected due to not having a laptop.
