Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

While trying to resolve blank screen issue  on my Pc i mistakenly rollback my graphics driver. The screen displayed on an external tv screen but now after rolling back graphics driver it is not diplaying anything at all even on th external screen.  Please help!

What is the product number for your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you restart the computer and it should reinstall the graphics driver back on the computer.

 

Also, try booting to BIOS by tapping the F10 key on startup and check whether you get any display on the computer screen.
