@Ardacpr14 I had a few questions to understand this situation better and help accordingly,

  • How was the update done, did you make use of the AMD website or did you update via the HP Support Assistant/HP website?
    • If none of the above, please elaborate.
  • Also, why was the update done, as most updates are installed to resolve a certain issue that they've had, if you didn't have any issues as such,
    • could you perform a system restore to override the AMD update and resolve the mouse issue?
  • And last but not the least, does an alternate mouse work fine?
    • please check and get back to us with the results.
