I would like to connect two external monitors to my laptop

HP Recommended
HP Notebook 15-dy1038cae: Pavilion 65XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can connect external monitor via HDMI, but if I try to attach an external monitor via USB C to HDMI, it does not work
