IN MY DEVICE MANAGER I CAN FIND BY CLICKING IMAGING I FIND HP TRUEVISION HD BUT I CAN'T SEE MY WEBCAME AND IF I FOUND ON SEARCH TRUE VISION HD ALSO I CAN'T FIND IT WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THIS CASE TO WORKING ON MY WEBCAM.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps in this document: Webcam Troubleshooting (Windows If that doesn't help, then here is something else you can try, and it should resolve the issue:

  • 1. Go into Device Manager, then Imaging Devices.
  • 2. Right-click on the webcam, and select "uninstall".
  • 3. Restart the computer. This will force the webcam driver to be reinstalled.
