FIRST OF ALL I JUST PAID FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND i KEEP GETTING REDIRECTED TO THE ERROR THAT MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED WHEN I AM IN NEED OF A LIVE AGENT TO TALK OR CHAT WITH AND FIX MY COPUTER
