14s-CR 1005 TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought HP 14s-CR 1005 TU laptop just one month back. I have found images of whole keyboard on the screen. Is it normal? What is the solution to resolve it? On white background, I can see whole keyboard on the screen.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Are you referring to the On-screen keyboard?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

If you're referring to the On-screen keyboard, follow the below steps in order to enable or disable OSK

  • Select “Start” > “Settings“.
  • Choose “Ease of Access“.
  • Select “Keyboard“.
  • Set “On-Screen Keyboard” to “On” or “Off” as desired.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
