HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0023dx

My HP Spectre was working as normal last week and then suddenly when I turned it on yesterday the colors on my screen started appearing distorted. The bing pictures or whatever that pop up on my login screen never look distorted (and look as clear and defined as expected) but once I log in, my wallpaper has fluorescent and washed out splotches in it and appears grainy, sometimes pixelated (although the pixels are more obvious in some photos). I haven't made any updates to the drivers that I can think of since last week and I don't think anyone stepped on my screen. I don't think the screen was left on, so I'm skeptical of burn in? When I tried Netflix, the colors were also distorting; the area of distortion changes second by second so it doesn't seem to be localized to one specific area of the screen. Any help would be very appreciated! I'm running Windows 10 and I've tried some basic things like restarting and trying to update the display driver (but no update was needed). But I'm stumped beyond that!
