In warranty chromebook no longer serviced?

HP Recommended
Hp chromebook 14-ca061dx
Chrome OS

The camera on my 1 month old chromebook no longer works. I’ve followed all the instructions to do a power wash , shut off etc and the camera still doesn’t work. Screen says to contact HP if I’ve followed all steps. Now I’m here , And I registered my product which is still in warranty however now it tells me product is no longer serviced ! What to do now? I can’t seem to get to a support number. And yes I’ve entered the country properly. Frustrating because I bought this for my kids virtual classes and now she can’t share video 😞
