My question is actually about warranty.
I have been using my Chromebook for the last 10 days but suddenly a vertical line of pixels appeared on the screen. After reading some posts in some foruns on the internet, I believe that it is a hardware issue and thus I intend to take the device to a technical support provider.
When visiting HP's support portal, however, it mentions that its warranty is expired, just like if the notebook was bought about one year ago. However, I can prove that it was bought on BestBuy's website on 05/03/22.
I have already opened a request to review the warranty information twice, but my request was closed without any change and without any explanation.
How can I get to someone who might correct the purchase date so I can make proper use of the warranty coverage?
