Hi

The integrated camera on my HP DESKTOP-D4G8JHO used to work but last week when I was starting a ZOOM connection I realizes that the camera shows only black. The other side could hear me but didn't have my image. After that I tried with Camera software the result was the same. I sacrificed  a lot of time to follow instruction for update camera and every other advice that I took from HP troubleshooting or from Youtube but no result so far. I repeat the issue; The camera software opens but you can only see black on the desktop like the lens is alive but it is blind.

Thanks for your reply.

I did everything but it is not still working. When I click the camera icon one white light becomes on momentarily on the camera but I have still black on my screen.
