My Intel HD 4600 driver continues to stop working. Usually reinstalling the driver fixes it for a short time. Eventually, it'll stop working with error code 43.

Hi! @tmontney, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand that you have graphics issue on your laptop after upgrading to windows 10.
I have researched a bit and found it is an issue with intel and they have released a new version of the video driver for windows 10.
Please uninstall the existing video driver from device manager.
Go to device manager, expand display adapters. Right click intel driver and click uninstall put a check mark in the box to uninstall all the components of intel driver.
Restart your PC and install the latest driver from Intel website directly.
