Since I am not a gamer or video editor, are there any advantages of using the NVIDIA MX150 over the Intel UHD 620 for Blu-ray playback?  If not, then I would rather save energy and just use the Intel UHD 620 for everything.

You can playback BD's (or FHD files) using Intel UHD 620 only, online or offline.

I am aware I can choose between the Intel UHD 620 only, or the NVIDIA MX150.  Does the NVIDIA MX150 offer any benefites for playback, since no rendering is involved like for video editing or gaming?  Would there be a noticeable positive difference if I use the NVIDIA MX150 for Blu-ray playback?
