I am having the same problem with HDMI as described in the following post:

Since that post is closed, and wasn't solved i am continuing here.

Thank you for the information and no, I do not need the serial number.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

 

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111501-112000/sp111598.exe

 

Intel: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87736.exe
