Please can you help?
2 years ago, shortly after I bought the Dragonfly the mouse worked at times but not others. (Both the wireless mouse & the touch pad!!! So it's something internal.)
I spent hours on the phone to HP. They replaced the mother board. No improvement.
Then a while later it started working perfectly - until about 2 days ago. I have my old problem back again.
I have used HP tools to test the OS, the hardware. It found nothing wrong. I used the HP tool to try to diagnose the issue. It found no problem. I have checked that all the drivers are up to date/ have disabled/ re enabled them.
I'm in trouble. Out of warranty now. I own a super fast, expensive laptop & but without the mouse.... 😞
