I have a HP spectre 360, bought< 1 yr ago.

It fell on the floor from a height of about 2 feet, hard wood floor,  with a rug. It gently slid from the bed and fell partly on the wood and the rug. Hardly a noise was made.  Since then, the color on the screen has been a pinkish hue (when on night mode) and gray/blue (when night mode is off).  eg. If am on the internet the tabs will be gray, the backlight will be gray adn even playing youtube videos there is a gray/blue undertone.

The screen saver seems to be in the vibrant color as usual.

If I connect to an external monitor, I get the same results.

I have updated the bios, done a hard reset but the problem persists.

I have discovered no other issues.

HELP!!

I sent this to HP repair twice and they are trying to convince me that the computer is fine. But it is not.

The screen/display is way too dark even at max brightness. Does anyone have any ideas?

It is a HP spectre x360 16" WIndows 11, LCD screen.
