HP Elite USB-C Dock G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A user has an HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptop with Windows 10x64 (v1803) connected to HP Elite USB-C Dock G3.  There are two HP EliteDisplay E273m monitors connected to dock with DisplayPort cables.  The dock is connected to the laptop with a single USB-C cable.  Neither one of the monitors are displaying, even after installing latest laptop, monitor, dock and Windows update drivers.

Individually, each monitor displays fine when connected directly to laptop with DisplayPort cable.  I tried a lower model laptop on dock which displays fine on both monitors.  My question:  Does the HP Elite USB-C Dock G3 support the HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptop?  If yes, how can I get the monitors to display?  If no, what dock is compatible?
