HP EliteBook 840 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've recently deploy the win 10 1607 image to HP Elitebook 840 G6 and found that the graphics and audio driver cannot be recognized by OS

Any solutions?

If OS has to been upgraded, what is the earliest version of win 10 that would be compatible with  HP Elitebook 840 G6?

Thanks a lot

HP Elitebook 840 G6 is a new series, you can install Windows 10 1909 to your machine using

        https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Why you install 3 years old version to your machine ?

Regards.

Our company has its own developed systems which are compatible to windows 10 LTSB 1607

There would be a numerous testings before launching to users If the OS had to be upgraded

I just tried to find some ways that could fix the problem instantly

Hopefully there are ways out....

Thanks a lot
