Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i am using i7 10Gen HP pavilion, Recently i tried to connect to tv(32' LED tv) via HDMI cable, but unable to Connect. i tried to update drivers, but still not able to connect`. kindly support.

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start Windows <device manager>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Monitors>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>
