HP Pavilion dv7-6c95dx Entertainment PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had the laptop for years and have probably used the integrated Webcam probably 1-5 times.  Trying to do Zoom but the camera doesn't operate.  Error message says, "Warning, no webcam detected ..." it gives instruction if the cam is external, which it is not, then says if integrated, to turn it on.   I've ran all types of procedures found on the web to do so, updated drivers, etc. etc. but so far nothing works.   HP used to have a number I could call and pay for non warranty support but I don't see that number.  My laptop when I query on camera indicates it on.  There are no physical switches on the laptop to turn the camera on or off, nor on the keyboard.  The one photo on I believe the hp site is supposed to be my keyboard but what they show as the camera shutter key is actually the f11 key that turns off the sound.  I believe the only thing I have not done is to turn the antivirus programs off but I'm not as familiar with out to do that.   Any help would be appreciated!
