Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

It doesn’t show anything just the light up screen it isn’t stuck or anything just does that

I understand that your HP Notebook - 15-Dw0081wm is stuck on the startup screen.

 

Please follow steps listed below to perform a BIOS defaults.


1) Shutdown the computer. 
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears. 
3) Press F10 once for BIOS. 
4) Press F9 for BIOS defaults. 
5) Press F10 to save and exit.
