It started doing this all of a sudden I didn’t have anything on it I need help

That could be a failing video chip, or more likely, a failing screen.

 

You would need to connect an external monitor.  If that does the same, it is the video chip; if not, it is the screen.

 

We are not able, or permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.

I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
