HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)

ive bought HP gaming laptop and according to HP it has this function

even though i tried the f5 and f5+fn and did not work

i activated the bios action thing + set to "always on" for the back-lights ...and still didn't work...

i downloaded hp assistant and got all the drivers... still nothing

is there something else to try in order to make them light up?

PS: i noticed that my f5 key dosent have any logo at all, when in their website this model of pc had a f5 key with a keyboard logo on it

this is how my f5 key look like: [content removed]

PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV) is a series of many different machines. Can you see other f key with backlit symbol   banhien_0-1664733447423.jpeg  ? If not, your machine does NOT have backlit keyboard.

Regards.
