Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a hp laptop,model-15-r132m. My puppy jumped on me(and it) causing it to be dropped twice. My keyboard has stopped working, and I can see about 2/3 of the screen. I was using the on screen keyboard, but accdently powered off,when it was in the area that I cannot see, so I am unable to login, and badly need some info. from it...HELP!
