Keyboard issue

ENVY TS 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a laptop that is a couple of years old.  The dash / underscore key is not working as of the other day.  Is there anything special I can do to test the keyboard, other than hitting all keys?

Note:  The key does not feel out of the ordinary to the touch.
