Hi @DL3051,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are facing issues with a wireless keyboard. I'd like to help!

Were there any liquid spills or damage that happened to the keyboard?

Do you have a spare wireless keyboard to check?

First, try the steps mentioned below:
In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

2) Double-click Keyboards.

3) Right-click on the keyboard drivers and click on uninstall.

4) Restart the computer.

Update the BIOS from here

If that does not help,
Let's try hardware diagnostics to test the keyboard and see if any hardware issues.

1) Shut down the computer.

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.

3) Press F2 once.

4) Go to Component test.

5) From the list, run the Keyboard test.

Keep me posted if any failure codes. If it fails you may have to replace the keyboard.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
