HP laptop

I got my computer about a month ago and the keyboard has been working just fine. Then yesterday it decided to start being weird it started with the caps like being stuck on that I restarted and I updated the computer after that and now the left side of the keyboard doesn’t work at all and the right side definitely does not put anything that I’m typing it puts whatever it wants it also keeps switching it self on the airplane mode and the volume keeps showing up saying it’s at 100% like he’s are stuck as well so like the keyboard is just completely screwed up uThen yesterday it decided to start being weird it started with the caps like being stuck on that I restarted and it updated the computer after that and now the left side of the keyboard doesn’t work at all and the right side definitely does not put anything that I’m typing it puts whatever it wants it also keeps switching itself on the airplane mode and the volume keeps showing up saying it’s at 100% like he’s are stuck as well so like the keyboard is just completely screwed up. I have reset the computer back to factory settings, Uninstall drivers, and any other troubleshooting things I have seen. When I plug in a USB keyboard it does work but I’m eating my laptop keyboard to work does anyone have any suggestions?
