Hello there,

Since last week my keyboard and touchpad/mouse doesn't work any more in windows. When I try it in the Bios it works?

I allready removed the keybord from the device manager with no results.

Does anybody know what I can try next?? Now the only solution is an external keyboard and mouse, but for school this isn't the right solution 😞 

Please help.........

My laptop keyboard does not work in the BIOS! But if not in Windows, see if the HP Support Assistant program has automatically updated your PC, with a problem software.

Check at the HP support site, identify the PC, and see what is available for it. One might choose an older version to verify it.
