Product: HP ENVY Photo 6230 All-in-One Printer

AM BORED ALREADY GETTING TO THIS POINT.

MY COLOURED HP INK CARTIRDGE IS SHOWING STILL  ABOUT 10-20% FULL YET ISNT WORKING. 

I HAVE DONE TESTS AND CHECKS ON MY HP PHOTO 6220 PRINTER THREE TIMES YET IT STIIL IS MISSING CYAN FOR WHATEVER REASON.

I HAVE NOW HAD TO PUT IN A REPLACEMENT CATRIDGE AND HAVE LOST THE 10-20% USAGE OF THE CARTRIDGE.

AT THE UNIMAGINABLE RIDICULOUS COSTS OF GENUINE INK CARTRIDGES IN THESE MODERN TIMES HOW DO I GET RECOMPENSE FOR MY LOSS?
