Product: HP Laptop - 14s-fq0015na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, the front camera from the laptop is not operating on any application that uses a camera where the icon to switch it on or off is greyed out. I tried resetting the device and the same persists. I also tried to open Device Manager and no imaging hardware is listed neither relevant to the camera hardware. Can you please give me advice in relation to the limited warranty or how to fix the issue and make the front camera respond? Thanks, Costas Kitis.
