HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy x360 with Intel HD Graphics 620 driver screen flickers every 8 seconds.

It happens even in Windows, initialization or BIOS screens. I also noted that when framerate is reduced from 60Hz to 40Hz, this flickering interval rised to 12 seconds.

I tried:
1. Search for graphics driver updates - I'm using Intel Graphics 24.20.100.6025 version already the latest. I also tried Intel's latest version 27.20.x.x, but it's not certified by HP.

2. Changed framerate or resolution.

3. Run Windows in safe mode.

4. Reset BIOS.

5. Do a system Hard Reset.

6. Check system temperature and cooling fan, seems normal.

Thanks in advance
