Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear all,

I have problem with my HP Laptop and more specifically with rotating the screen.
I can’t close or open my screen because it’s stuck. The frame is opening and detaching from the screen glass. This lead to a small crack on the screen.

Would appreciate any feedback or assistance!

Any fix for this is going to reply major hardware work to the laptop -- and that's not something you can do.

 

Is this still under the original HP warranty period?
