HP Laptop - 15-bs038dx

Yesterday while I was working on my laptop, the display on the screen suddenly started blinking and in a minute or two my laptop stopped working. I tried restarting it several times and the display kept on blinking and the laptop never started. It's fourth time that my laptop gave me issue since I bought it (just in 15 months). I have really been disappointed with the product I chose and once again I lost my entire data. I have my finals week going on and I lost my entire data in the laptop. I am really disappointed and am very angry because I had all my projects in my laptop. I would really like HP to take some action regarding my issue, I won't be able to use this laptop again because I have lost my data and since i am student it is really difficult for me to study for my exams when I lost my data during my finals week. One of my friend owns the same model and the same thing happened with her few months back. I really need your assistance in this issue. Please help me with this issue.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
