after plugging the USB beep sound comes but unable to see the USB in computer

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried with different USB devices?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it:

Another thing you can try is to open Device Manager, expand USB Serial Bus Controllers,

  • Right-click on USB Root Hub and then click on Properties.
  • Click on the Power Management tab and uncheck the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power box.
  • Try to reconnect the USB device and see if it is recognized.
