Hi @Thoughtful001,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you have trouble using the HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-dq2003ca, where the display flickers and sometimes goes black. Thank you for letting me know about the steps you have tried.

Let's try the BIOS Restore on the Pc and while restoring, see if the screen flickers or goes black.

BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the  charger plugged in
2) Hold down the Windows and B buttons together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thanks for your message. I have attached three screenshots. The HP website does not a BIOS for Windows 11. Should I just use the Windows 10 BIOS

Hi @Thoughtful001,

The BIOS is for the PC board, so if you have Windows 10 or 11, it doesn't matter; you can choose Windows 10 and update the latest BIOS, and you can keep the device on observation.

Try and let me know

 I hope this helps.
