HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 445 G9
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Help pleae. My laptop screen turns on perfectly fine and hows the start up logo but the after the logo is gone the screen is just black. The screen isnt off but its also not showing anything. I tried restarting it but it doesn’t work and I don’t have an external monitor to connect too.
