Product: HP envy 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After starting the PC and entering my password. Screen goes black and can’t see anything but the cursor is seen in the screen and I tried to format and it didn’t work either it said format is not possible 

 

please help me with this.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please run a System Test first to confirm the Hardware functionality

 

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
