Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

since the latest Windows update, it's been basically impossible to enjoy 4K content on my laptop. Every time I'm watching a 4K video on YouTube and I start scrolling, my laptop freezes for a second and the the screen flickers, turning to black. It seems like a GPU problem, because this happens when there's a drop of video processing as I scroll down from the video to the comment section on YouTube. This seems to happen whenever I change from a video to another tab as well.

I have tried installing older Intel UHD Graphics drivers and the latest one from Intel, but the issue persists.

It's an extremely annoying issue. How can I fix it?

Hello @Yoshish

I strongly advise you to go back to Windows 10 as your notebook model

is not fully tested and certified by HP for Windows 11.

(1) Backup <all> personal data (documents/pictures/videos etc...) to external USB hard drive

(2) Downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10

(3) if downgrade fails ...

--->>> Please reinstall your operating system !

You need another (stable) computer to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>
