Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 Laptop PC (14N37AV)
Laptop suddenly freezes and after pushing and holding the power button to turn it off, the power button stays on, no fans, black screen, no sounds. Just the caps lock key flasing 5 and 3.
I disconnected the battery, pushed the power button for 30+ seconds and reassembled and started the laptop. Nothing changed, the same 5 and 3 code.
i dont know what else to do.
