 hi last night I watched a movie on Netflix this morning I woke up to my laptop looking like this I just got this laptop last year as a gift from someone and it’s my first time seeing it like this what do I do restart the computer buy another one I have another hp laptop but I haven’t used that one in a long time so I hope both laptops don’t have the same issue PLEASE help I’m 8 months pregnant so I definitely need all my devices to work before I go on maternity leave

We apologize for the inconvenience. This looks like the display has gone bad. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
