Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible T6T09UA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I attempt to play local videos using Windows Media Player or VLC Media Player the image freezes within 15-30 seconds while the audio continues to play. All local videos are affected regardless of video player while videos streamed online (e.g., Youtube) are not affected at all.

 

Another user on this forum solved this issue by updating BIOS but I have already updated BIOS, Windows, and drivers.

Let's do the following below:

 

HP Support Assistant Updates -   1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.   2) Check for updates.   3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
