Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 16-a0022tx

Hi, I bought a new laptop 4 months ago and since I bought it I always thought it was not perfect and after I got a little good in computer technology I found that the reason why I was getting low frames was because of low usage. I only get 30% GPU usage and 50%-90% CPU usage while gaming. My laptop specs :-
i5-10300H
Nvidia GTX 1650
8GB DDR4 2933Mhz Ram
All drivers are up to-date and no heating problem. I use NZXT cam for monitoring. What can be the reason for such low GPU usage? Please help.
