Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Kindly assist, I just bought the HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 (8UY98AV) and the pen inside the box is not connecting to my laptop. The design of the pen is totally different from the various setup videos online. It has the type-C charge point (currently fully charged. Because I charged the pen for over 3 hours) but I can not find any Bluetooth on-button on the pen to enable the connection to my laptop Bluetooth. Please, help what can I do to rectify this issue?
