Product: HP ENVY 13-ay1000 x360 Convertible PC (3T488AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP envy 13-ay1000 x360 convertible with an MPP 2.0 rechargable tilt pen included.
The pen stopped working so I thought the battery had just run out.
But when I plugged the usb-c cable in the pen, no pen light turns on.

Therefore, I have an MPP 2.0 tilt pen not working, that can not be charged.

I have tried to charge the pen with a different usb-c cable from the hp one and also to change the usb-c port and power adapter, despite this the pen did not give any sign of life.
