Product: Hp 250 g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The max resolution is 1366*768, unable to change to 1920*1080. I have already upgrade all drivers, still same. Kindly help.

Hi:

 

Most HP 250 G7's only have displays that support 1366*768 resolution.

 

What is the product number of your notebook?

 

The parts list should indicate what resolution display is installed in notebooks with that product number.

 

If you don't know the product number, use this guide to find that information...
