I just received my new computer a couple of weeks ago. I am trying to figure out how to transmit the pc screen to my Samsung Smart TV.  I had it working, but the image on screen was not changing as I changed the image on the pc.  I tried a few different things and now I can only get it to show the pc image on the tv, and the pc screen goes black, so I can't use my mouse to change anything.  I can't get the image to show on both my computer and the tv at the same time. If I select the option to display "Duplicate", which is supposed to show the same image on the pc and the tv, both screens go black.

I am trying to figure out how we can use the camera on the computer to do a Zoom meeting for Christmas, but display the zoom participant images on the tv to make it easier to see. Can anyone help?

Duplicate only works if the native resolution of both screen displays is the same -- and I suspect that is not the case.

You need to select Extend -- and then change the resolution of the TV display to get the best image on the TV.
