The monitor of my laptop have a strange effect on withes, for me is a big problem.
The withe is no withe, but have a background noise, and I don't know how fixed it.
Can someone help me?

- Have you checked if the screen flickers in the Bios?
- Have you tried to use an external monitor to check if the issue persists?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
Perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data.
Boot the computer into the Bios screen and check if the screen fine.

yes, and the external monitor work perfect, in wifi and whit cable
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
I had by the laptop the 11 of april 2019, and the monitor is always like this. And I made all the updates currently available
Is a problem of my laptop? Or is normal for this series?
